Using the triple XL really boosted the quality and effectiveness of my workouts. I recently ran out of my supply of triple XL and I went about two weeks without consuming it each time after my workout. My workouts were not the same. My strength gain hit a plateau and my overall energy became progressively absent, resulting in longer breaks in between sets and longer workouts. I have used other protein supplements in the past, but none of which provided the results of the triple XL. Maybe the best part of the product is how lactose-intolerant friendly it is. It is the first protein supplement I have ever used which did not leave me with discomfort after consuming the product. triple XL is now the only Protein Supplement I will consider using.
